1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Shield3 (operated by Minty Inc., hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at shield3.com, our Shield3 Pulse platform and web interface, and our wargames and incident response services for Web3 companies (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

2.1. Shield3 provides wargames and incident response services for Web3 companies. Our Services may include, but are not limited to, simulated cyber attacks, security assessments, and incident response planning and execution.

2.2. Shield3 Pulse Platform: As part of our Services, we offer the Shield3 Pulse platform and web interface (hereinafter "Pulse"). Usage Restrictions: You agree not to: a) Use Pulse in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt Pulse or any related systems or networks c) Use Pulse to transmit any data that contains viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful computer code

10.3. Data and Analytics: We may collect and analyze data relating to your use of Pulse to improve our Services. Any use of such data will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
